Sustainable conference travel

In April 2024, WATER group members Emma, Katie, Jess, Gordon and Carol cycled 300+ miles to Orkney to present their work at the Environmental Interactions of Marine Renewables (EIMR) Conference. In the process, they also raised over £3,300 for the Adaptive Riders Collective, helping those with disabilities to access off-road cycling.
